About Us

From Strategy to Execution

Dr. Mark Lawrence Johnson brings more than 30 years of international executive experience across commercial and government markets. His work combines executive strategy, commercial development and government market expertise to help organisations grow sustainably in increasingly complex environments.

His approach is industry-independent and focuses on building internal capability—not only delivering strategies, but enabling leadership teams to execute them successfully and independently.

Alongside broad international consulting experience, he has particular expertise in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical countermeasures, defence, civil protection and other highly regulated government markets.

Dr. Johnson holds a doctorate in Global Health Economics, lectures in Strategy and Commercial Management at universities in Munich, and advises organisations across Europe, North America and Asia.
